Alex is The Mind behind our Sydney Thai restaurant. His passion for his country’s cuisine has helped the city’s Thai food scene grow from humble beginnings a decade ago to an entrenched part of the culinary landscape.
Head chef Komkrit Kheawwan (aka ‘Aof’) is The Heart of BoThai. He began cooking at age 12, helping out at his uncle’s hole-in-the-wall restaurant in a bustling food district in Bangkok. This experience, coupled with the skills learned from his Australian master, has given Aof a natural ability to create flavour-full home-style dishes catering to Australian tastes.
Maître d’ Anusara Pengpan (aka ‘Hong’) is The Soul of our Thai eatery. With a delightful personality and a genuine love for her customers, she makes everyone who walks through our doors feel warm and welcome. Thai hospitality at its best.
